Luis Villa, a lawyer with the Mozilla Corporation (MoCo), has posted the first draft of changes to the MPL license. MoCo had started working publicly on an MPL version 2 back in March, with internal work beginning a couple months prior.
This first draft includes a number of changes to sections 1 through 3. A version of the updated license, as well as the intermediate revisions, is available on Co-ment.
